Alltech strengthens support to Australian agriculture industry

Alltech has announced the expansion of its operations in Australia, with the addition of new technical and office support personnel.

"The Alltech team in Australia is growing steadily. We value highly qualified employees to maintain and expand our leadership within the agriculture industry," Adam Naylor, the general manager of Alltech, said.

Therefore, Alltech Australia has appointed Dr. Susanne Roth (left) as its ruminant technical manager.

Based in Queensland, Dr. Roth will be assisting the on-farm dairy team. A certified CowSignals® trainer, she previously worked with Alltech Germany's sales and key account management for close to nine years, focusing on the dairy market. Having moved to Australia last year, she served as an Alltech consultant while obtaining a diploma in business.

Dr. Roth obtained her Ph.D. in ruminant nutrition at the Hohenheim University, Germany, in 2003.

Alyshia McRae (right) joins Alltech as a marketing assistant.

A graduate with a degree in animal science from the University of Adelaide, McRae spent the last two years working in retail and volunteering for the fundraising and marketing department of a not-for-profit charity in Adelaide.

She will work closely with Roland Matyasi, Alltech Australia's marketing manager in Roseworthy.

Caitlyn Hunter (left) joins Alltech as a customer service and administrative officer.

Before moving to Adelaide three years ago, Hunter worked on dairy farms in Mount Gambier, western Victoria and northern New South Wales.

She has three years of customer service experiences in Adelaide.
