Chairman and CFO of Dakang Pasture Farming resign

Hunan Dakang Pasture Farming announced last week that its director and chairman, Liu Wei, and CFO, Zhang Zhihua have both resigned from their appointments, citing personal reasons. As such, current CEO of Hunan Dakang Pasture Farming, Xie Tao, will be doubling as the company's acting chairman, while financial manager, Yin Haiping will be acting CFO.

It is also announced that Liu Wei will still continue to serve as the company's non-independent director after his registration.
