Boehringer Ingelheim invites businesses to "maximise" competiveness at World Pork Expo

 

Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc. (BIVI) invites swine industry leaders for a discussion on maximising competitive advantages in today's global market, during the 2016 World Pork Expo in Des Moines, Iowa, US.

Called "Join the Race - Maximize Your Competitive Advantage business seminar", the session will happen on June 9, Thursday, 8:30 a.m-noon, at the Varied Industries Building, Meeting Room B (Iowa State Fairgrounds).

The BIVI-sponsored event will include professional insights into markets, preparing for changes in industry trends, and reaching success from day one. The speakers' messages align with BIVI's "Start Healthy. End Strong." campaign, a platform that focuses on preparing young stock for success before health issues arise. 

Brett Stuart, founding partner of Global AgriTrends, which provides global agricultural analysis and forecasting to clients around the world. Stuart will discuss opportunities for producers in a global marketplace.

Miguel Angel Higuera, director of ANPROGAPOR, the Spanish Swine Producers Association. Higuera will talk about how to best prepare and stay proactive on global industry trends.

Mark Schwartz, director of production systems for Schwartz Farms. Schwartz will speak about the keys to positively impact pig performance and care.

A free BBQ lunch will be offered following the seminar.
