Hamlet Protein to hold seminar on pig gut development at World Pork Expo

Hamlet Protein will hold a seminar titled "Feed Your Brain" at this year's World Pork Expo in Des Moines, Iowa, US.

The session will happen on June 8, 9:30am to 12:00pm, at Meeting Room B (Varied Industries Building).

Experts in piglet nutrition and gut health will discuss the biological reality of post weaning gut development and the implications on ingredient selection and whole diet formulation targets for optimal performance under the seminar topic "Gut physiology development in young pigs - why is weaning age and digestibility so important?".

The speakers are Sheila Jacobi (The Ohio State University), Casey Neill (The Pipestone System), Gary Fitzner and Mark Newcomb (Hamlet Protein).
