Lysine market shows signs of strengthening in China
Lysine prices remained firm during the week ending May 17.
Strong soymeal prices, which hit one-year highs, prompted feed millers to increase stockpiles of lysine over the week.
Price quotes of 98.5-percent lysine were in the range of RMB7.80-8/kg.
Lysine prices are expected to move higher.
