At Moba Group, our customers come first. As a partner to you and your business, Moba is closely monitoring the latest advice and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), local authorities and advice centres in the different regions regarding COVID-19. We are taking a number of precautionary actions for the health and safety of our customers, employees, agents and communities. Our goal is to do everything we can to continue our current service level during this evolving situation.

As of May 5, 2020, Moba provides a summary of the business effects of COVID-19 on its offices and services around the world. Please note that HelpDesks are extended to cope with more remote service. Please dial your regular helpdesk number in case of any issues.

Europe:

    •  Offices in NL, Germany, UK, France and Italy: Most office staff working from home as much as possible. Factories
        and supply chain are running with extra health and safety measures. Extra staff at HelpDesk to cope with more
        remote service requests.

    •  Service: Many countries have lock-down and travel restrictions/limitations. Travel within countries mostly
        possible, crossing boarders limited to emergency (work) situation and local paperwork. Some countries are slowly
        reducing restrictions in the month of May.

    •  Parts: available.

Asia / Pacific:

    •  Office in Malaysia: Most office staff working from home. Access allowed up to 50%. HelpDesk available.

    •  Service: Service in Malaysia available for emergencies, other countries limited/not possible.

    •  Parts: available.

China:

    •  Office: Some office staff working from home. HelpDesk available.

    •  Service: Service in China available for installations, regular service and emergencies. Travel still a bit limited
        because of quarantine regulations.

    •  Parts: available.

Japan:

    •  Office: Most office staff working from home. HelpDesk available. Japanese government announced tight
        restrictions until end of May and advises to work from home as much as possible.

    •  Service: Service in Japan available for installations, regular service and emergencies. Travel outside big cities is
        possible, limited in urban areas.

    •  Parts: available.

Middle-East:

    •  Office: Most staff working from home. HelpDesk available.

    •  Service: Strict regulations limiting outside activities, emergency service visits possible. Only few international and
        domestic flights for the time being.

    •  Parts: available.

USA / North-America:

    •  Office: Partly staffed, some teams working from home. Expect increase of activities during month of May.
        HelpDesk available.

    •  Service: Within the USA/Canada more and more travel around the bigger cities. Some States still have lock down
        until at least end of May, others are starting up (in three phases). Service available for installations, regular work
        and emergencies (transportation mostly by car).

    •  Parts: available.

LATAM:

    •  Office: Office staff mostly working from home. HelpDesk available.

    •  Service: Within the region (limited) travel possible. Many countries in lock-down, some are restricting local
        transportation and require permits. Service available for installations, regular service and emergencies
        (transportation by car).
