Global soy futures softened but recouped losses over the week. In China, although crushers attempted to stand firm, demand for soymeal stayed flat as most feed miller shave stockpiled inventories, sufficient to last until middle of May. Prices of soymeal consolidated lower as a result, losing 0.36% on average.
