China lysine market stays firm

Lysine prices continued to rise during the week ending April 28.

Producers held prices firm although lower costs of corn helped to bring down production expenses.

According to customs statistics, China exported 29,909 tonnes of lysine products in March, lower by 14% on-month.

Average transacted price were RMB0.05/kg higher at RMB8.82/kg.
