Short supply fuels China vitamin A price hike 
Prices rose significantly over the past few weeks.
The supply of vitamin A tightened further during the period in review. Several buyers who had stockpiled inventories made more purchases, pumping up prices as most producers in China halted prices releases with limited stocks to offer.
Prices in Europe jumped to the range of EUR32-37/kg.
