Andreas Milimonka joins Addcon as technical director

Feed additive maker Addcon announced that Dr. Andreas Milimonka has joined the company since April 1 as the technical director for silage and preservation.

In his position, Dr. Milimonka will be sharing his technical expertise in silage-making and preservation with the Addcon team and its industrial partners. In joint efforts with his colleagues in the technical division, he will keep an eye on the current product portfolio and take charge of product innovation and development.

Before joining Addcon, Milimonka worked with one of the big German cooperatives in a similar position for several years. He dealt mainly with extension service and product development in the field of roughage production.

Before that, Milimonka was active in research and teaching at the faculty of agriculture at Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. As a Private Docent at the same University, he is still responsible for the master's course Grassland and Roughage Production.

Bernd Kochannek, CEO and founder of the international Addcon Group of Companies, welcomed the appointment of Milimonka, saying he "is a seasoned expert in the field of silage making."
