Pancosma appoints new director of operations

Pancosma has appointed Arjan de Ruyter as its new director of operations.

De Arjan will be responsible for operations (production, purchasing and supply chain) for the Pancosma group. His new appointment also makes him a member of Pancosma & Associates' Board of Directors.

De Arjan brings extensive experience in the agricultural sector.

Prior to this appointment, he was the co-owner and director of operations of the Dutch specialty feed additives company, Daavision. De Arjan also headed the design and construction of a production facility for organic acid mixtures. He previously worked with Selko, Nutreco's feed additives business unit.
