Ukraine's soymeal exports rise 100% more than previous season
Ukraine is maintaining its increase of international soymeal exports, with deliveries during the first half of the current 2015/16 season (September-February) at 100% more than the previous season in 2015.
The volume exported in the period was 139.2 kilo metic tonne (KMT).
Ukraine's biggest importer of its soymeal is Belarus which accounted for half of its exports.
In addition, CIS nations, including Georgia and Moldova, had raised their purchases of soymeal from the country.
In the first half of the 2015/16 season, 15.7 KMT were delivered to both countries, compared to 3.7 KMT in the last season.
