Liquid methionine prices surge in China while dl-methionine stays stable
Prices of methionine remained firm during the week ending April 13.
Prices of liquid methionine surged tremendously over the week amid supply shortages. However, prices of dl-methionine remained comparatively stable.
Price quotes of imported dl-methionine remained in the range of RMB75-80/kg.
Feed millers will tread prudently as poultry farmers are facing diminishing returns due to soft prices of broilers and egg.
