Pas Reform names upcoming CEO

Pas Reform has named Harm Langen as the new CEO of the leading Dutch hatchery technology company.

Langen will take up his new role when current chief executive, Bart Aangenendt, takes over as the CEO of Hydratec Industries NV in September this year.

Langen is the managing director of LAN Handling Systems, Pas Reform's sister company, which supplies system solutions for food and pharmaceutical companies worldwide.

His appointment has garnered support from Hydratec's Management and Supervisory Boards and Pas Reform's management team.

"Having worked both at a sister-company and as a supplier of hatchery automation systems (HAS) to Pas Reform for the past four years, Langen understands the culture of teamwork and the constant pursuit of excellence that drives Pas Reform's international development", said Aangenendt.

Langen will transit to his new role over the next few months, working alongside Aangenendt and the management team at Pas Reform to ensure a steady handover.
