Animine organises second Asian distributors meeting in Bangkok, Thailand

Animine, the France-based supplier of value-added sources of trace minerals, brought together its distributors from Asia and Oceania, to a two-day workshop in Bangkok, Thailand.

The session - held on March 29-30 - was an opportunity for participants to exchange about latest experimental results and applications of HiZox^®, a potentiated source of zinc oxide for piglets and poultry. The event was coordinated by Link Asia Partners, Animine's agent in the Asian-Pacific zone, which contributed to build the distributors network from South Korea to Australia.

Some external speakers from France and the Philippines had been invited to share their experience on piglet diarrhoea prevention and post-weaning feeding programmes.

Animine also introduced to partners to its Team of Experts in Animal Management (TEAM). The objective of TEAM is to reinforce the technical support to Asian customers, by giving them a multifactorial approach of issues encountered in pig farms.

The group is formed by three specialists from Europe, Hong Kong and Australia, and experienced in pig production under typical Asian conditions. They will provide services to Animine customers on feed formulation as well as biosecurity and pathology.
