Producers stood firm on prices amid low inventory pressure. Nonetheless, as end-users held back purchases, lysine market lacked momentum to move higher.

Price quotes of 70-percent lysine stayed stable at RMB5-5.50/kg.

Lysine demand will stay flat in the coming week
