Nidera CEO to retire by June 2016

Nidera's CEO, Ton van der Laan, will retire by the end of June 2016, having substantially built the company's management team in order to meet future challenges in the global agri-trading industry.

Recruitment for van der Laan's position is currently in progress.

In the meantime, the shareholders of Nidera, Cofco and Cygne, are expected to maintain support to the company's growth and development plans, Nidera said.
