Prices of vitamin E started rising after the Chinese New Year holidays, as buyers increased stockpiles after DSM merged with Nenter, a local producer of the product. By late February, export prices have climbed 6%.
Vitamin E prices should continue to rise while buyers expand inventories amid concerns of production consolidation.
