China Live Hog Weekly: Low post-festive demand weakens market (week ended Mar 3, 2016)
Lacklustre pork demand limited the sales of hog, dragging prices down by 1.6%. The slaughter volumes of major wholesale centres increased 10% on-week, total pork carcass sales remained at a low of 7,621 tonnes while prices slid over 2% to RMB23.52/kg.
