Improved demand perks up China lysine prices
Lysine prices moved higher during the week ending January 27.

Demand picked up over the week as feed millers increased output to fulfil concluded orders.
Price quotes of 65-percent lysine and 70-percent lysine were at RMB5/kg and RMB5.40-5.80/kg respectively.

Feed producers, who expect the livestock industry to perform poorly after the Chinese New Year holidays, will limit procurements.
