The dry whey market rebounds, but why?

Philadelphia, PA - The CME dry whey market bottomed at $0.3900/lb in early Jul. Since then, prices have rallied as high as $0.5750/lb in mid-Oct and retreated to a low of $0.42/lb in late Nov.
