Ledu Dayou's two million broiler farm in Qinghai starts operations
Ledu Dayou Breeding Pte. Ltd's RMB40 million (US$6.42 million) broiler breeder farm in Haidong, Ledu, Qinghai has started operations. Occupying 102-mu of land, this is the company's first standardised modern chicken breeding farm and has 46 standardised chicken sheds. It can produce two million quality broilers yearly.
Nanjing Yangzi Fine Chemical to produce 5000-tonne anti-mold feed additives in Jiangsu
Nanjing Yangzi Fine Chemical will convert its existing third chemical heat conduction oil boiler factory into a feed additives production plant due to market demand. The plant located in SinoPEC Yangzi petrochemical, will occupy 1404.75 sq. meters and will construct a new 5000 tonne/year feed additives production line.
The production line will produce ammonia propionate feed additives with anti-mold agent which works similarly like propionate acid, is non-toxic, harmless and highly acceptable in the market.
The anti-mold feed additives use Vermiculite, a highly absorbent natural inert mineral as the carrier for propionate ammonia acid solution to allow easy storage and transportation.
Hainan's RMB1.6 billion Luoniushan Agro-Processing Park to start in May 2013
The RMB1.596 billion (US$0.26 billion) Luoniushan Agro-Processing Park in Haikou, Hainan is expected to complete its constructions in February 2013 and officially starts operations in May 2013. The 500,000 sq. meters park includes remodeling of 2.4 million-hog slaughter and processing facility, an 80,000-tonne cold storage logistics centre and condiment processing lines.
Guangdong Wens Group constructs RMB30-million broiler breeding farm in Yunnan
Guangdong Wens Group has recently invests RMB30 million (US$4.82 million) in the construction of a broiler breeding farm in Hedianzhen, Xiangyun, Dali, Yunnan. Occupying an area of 300-mu, the farm has a supporting incubation facility with an annual production of 15 million chicks. The company also plans to invest RMB100 million (US$16.1 million). Once in full operations, the facility is able to slaughter up to an annual 15 million broilers with an output value of RMB450 million (US$72.3 million).
New Hope Liuhe to build live hog industrial chain in Sichuan
New Hope Liuhe has recently announced on November 26, 2012 that its Sichuan live hog breeder ground and industrial chain has been approved by local government. It will be building a live hog industrial chain in Sichuan, incorporating feed, breeding, slaughtering, food products and processing and related industry chains. There will be 52,000 hogs and 200,000 commercial pigs produced annually, driving a total of one million hogs to be slaughtered yearly in Sichuan.
Chongqing Longsheng Agriculture builds largest hog farm in Northeastern Sichuan
Chongqing Longsheng Agriculture Development Pte. Ltd. has invested RMB50 million (US$8.03 million) to build a grandparent hog farm in Yongning, Wanyuan, Sichuan. The farm will have 14 double-row piggery, a feed processing room, two storage rooms, three 190 cubic biogas digesters, among others.
