Sales Director "Technical Premix Business and VIP customers"
 

Location (mandatory): Qingdao (Shandong),
China Report Line: You will respond directly to the country manager of our Premix operations

MISSIONS:
 
      You will lead a team of business developers specialized in premix and additive sales highly oriented on service and technical
        counseling.
      You will focus on our sales for larger accounts at national level, providing tailor-made products and service solutions.
      You will handle prospect door opening, products promotion, business negotiation and customer relation management.
      In coordination with the global technical department, your team will facilitate technical assistance to your customers.
      Together with our formulation and R&D department, marketing department and global premix business department,
        you define new offers of products and services adapted to the Chinese market.
 
THE SUCCESFULL APPLICANT:

      Fluent in English (mandatory) and fluent in Mandarin (preferred)
      Strong negotiation skills and a developed sense of diplomacy.
      Goal oriented and ready to assume P&L responsibilities and define long term sales strategy.
      Strong scientific background in animal nutrition, feed formulation and farm management with at least 7 years of experience
        in additive or premix sales.
      Willing to travel frequently across China.
