Vitamin C showed signs of weakening towards late September, as hog feed sales were hampered by the outbreak of African swine fever while floods and typhoons in some regions disrupted aquaculture production.

Vitamin C market will be under greater pressure entering October. On the one hand, hog feed demand will be slack due to low anima population and cautious mood; on the other hand, aqua feed producers will cut purchases as the aquaculture season approaches its end.
