Big Dutchman Asia holds customer training series in Thailand
Over 30 customers participated in a series of technical training sessions conducted by experts of Big Dutchman (BD) Asia in Chanthaburi last month.
Participants were given training on preventive maintenance of equipment, which involves the proper and correct manner of equipment usage, maintenance and managing the VIPER Touch or alternatively known as the VIPER Touch control system. This electronic farm management system is an innovative technology that allow farmers to control the climate and production data of the poultry houses. The trainings also cover topics on maximising equipment management in broiler breeder, broiler and layer farms.
Participants include existing customers and also new potential customers. For existing customers, the training served to refresh their knowledge on equipment handling and to keep them abreast of Big Dutchman's innovation and improvement.
After the training in Chanthaburi had concluded, the subsequent sessions were then held in Cambodia.
Mr. Phanuwat Chansaming, BD Thailand's Project Manager and Ms. Jularat Chuenpo, BD-Key Account Regional Sales Manager, who are the co-organizers of this training sessions, said "The training was very successful and all the participants were very happy that Big Dutchman had organised this sessions for them. And they are already making enquiries about upcoming session".
"In view of the success, we will continue to organise trainings such as this to keep our customers updated on all new Big Dutchman technologies and to provide them with refresher courses which are conveniently held close to our customers" they added.
