Addcon helps conduct seminars on dietary organic acids in India
A seminar series on the use of dietary organic acids in poultry - which was organised by Venky's India Limited, a distributor of Addon, in India - attracted more than 80 participants, Addcon said.
Addcon products are marketed in India by Venky's, which is the biggest poultry conglomerate in the country. The company's association with Venky's dates back to 2013.
According to Addcon, it recently organised a training programme for senior managers of Venky's. The objective of the programme was to share information on the overall use of dietary organic acids in poultry, as well as the latest research data and information on product trials in regards to antibacterial impact and the nutritional aspects of diformates. The two seminars were organised in Hyderabad and Bangalore.
Dr. Christian Lückstädt, Addcon's technical director, and Dr. Anant Deshpande, regional manager of the company, conducted the training.
Dr. Parag from the product management cell of Venky's gave an insight on local trials with Acidomix DF+ (Formi NDF).
