Chinese lysine producers stand firm amid rising output expenses

 

Lysine prices were higher during the week ending July 10.


As corn costs continued to rise at a steady pace, lysine producers lifted prices amid mounting production expenses.


Price quotes of 70-percent lysine were at RMB4.70-5/kg.


Corn market is expected to remain firm, prompting lysine producers to hold up prices.
