There's plenty of milk for the moment, but...

 

Philadelphia, PA– Cheese and butter markets firmed this week. Our contacts are saying production of these products are currently constrained by lackluster milk supplies. The tone of these markets is price-supportive and we don't expect that to change in the near future.
