CPF wins awards at 8th Asian Excellence Awards 2018
Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited (CPF) received three regional awards at the 8th Asian Excellence Awards 2018, Asia's biggest investor relation award.
The awards presentation was held in Hong Kong on June 8. It reflects the company's highest standard in corporate governance, sustainable growth operation, and creating sustainability for community and environment.
Corporate Governance Asia, a leading journal on corporate governance in Hong Kong and Asia, presented the Asia's Best CEO (Investor Relations) Award to Dhanin Chearavanont, CPF's chairman of the board of directors, and Asia's Best CFO Award to Paisan Chirakitcharern, CPF's CFO. The company also won the Best Investor Relations Company (Thailand) Award.
The Asia's Best CFO (Investor Relations) recognises CPF's leadership and its CFO's vision of strong performances in financial management and capital markets. The CFO plays a key role to drive the company to be on the forefront in the global market by creating value to both shareholders and stakeholders.
