Market analysis

Heavy late spring rains in eastern and southern regions of China prompted farmers to release corn more eagerly fearing crop infection. Hence, corn market lacked momentum despite tight supplies.

Market forecast

Corn market will be under pressure in the near term due to releases. Nonetheless, prices are unlikely to fall sharply with supplies fundamentally tight.
