NCC Exhibition Organizer (NEO), in cooperation with Minh Vi Exhibition an Advertising Services, is launching the third annual ILDEX Vietnam. Due to be held from March 25-27, 2010 at Hall 1A of The New Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, it has received the official support and sponsorship of Vietnam's ministry of agriculture and rural Development (MARD).

 

Powered forward by equally frenetic growth in both domestic demand and exports, Vietnam's livestock, aquaculture, dairy and meat-processing industries have been expanding rapidly. To maintain this frenetic pace, Vietnam needs to invest more on technological production -- from farming to processing to product quality.

 

Nguyen Xuan Duong, vice general director of MARD's department of livestock production will deliver the keynote speech titled "Vietnam Livestock Production – Opportunities and Challenges" which will provide an overview of Vietnam's livestock sector and the opportunities within this fast growing line.

 

ILDEX Vietnam 2010 will enhance the show positioning through four new concepts which include New Exhibitor Profiles, New Value-Added Activities, New Partner, and New Venue. For the first time, the show will expand its exhibiting profile to cover dairy, aquaculture and meat processing to serve the potential growth in the Vietnamese market. In addition, the show endeavours to create mutually beneficial opportunities through its International Meet & Match Program.

 

Moreover, organisers leveraged their Netherland's based parent company, VNU Exhibitions Europe, to invite a number of international exhibitors to ILDEX Vietnam 2010. In addition, orgnaisers reached an agreement with CCPIT Shanghai to bring in numbers of Chinese exhibitors and provide ILDEX Vietnam 2010 a China Pavilion.

 

ILDEX Vietnam 2010 expands its net exhibition space to over 2,200 square metres and is expecting to welcome over 15,000 visitors and 113 companies from around the world.

 

Topics covered during ILDEX Vietnam 2010 presentations will include the role of feed production in the stable development of livestock and aquaculture, livestock development and environmental protection, meat processing, food safety, livestock diseases and the marketing of meat and livestock products.
